A small, island-studded tarn ringed by dark conifers and larch, Tarn Hows is a beloved destination for walkers. A path curves gently along its shore, drawing visitors through the trees while distant fells rise distinctly blue beyond the water.

This design reimagines the landscape through the strict grid and primary geometry of the Bauhaus movement. From across a room, the view reduces to bold, intersecting blocks: sharp triangles forming the evergreens, sweeping yellow curves tracing the path, and deep blue angles for the fells beneath a stark red sun.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this vibrant print brings sharp graphic character to a hallway or above a desk. A black wooden frame perfectly anchors the artwork's strong lines and bold primary palette. It belongs to a wider modernist series, making it easy to collect and hang a contrasting set of three.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
