Walkers follow the curving path along the shore of Tarn Hows, a small, island-studded tarn ringed by dark conifers and larch. From the water's edge, the view sweeps across the surface to where the Coniston fells and the Old Man rise blue beyond.

The Vivid style reduces this scene to striking, saturated blocks of colour. Deep blues of the tarn and fells contrast against the bright autumnal oranges, yellows, and deep greens of the trees. Bold, graphic curves define the path, creating a high-contrast image that reads instantly from across a room, anchored by the classic typography of the railway tradition.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this bright print brings a strong focal point to a hallway or stairwell. A natural wood frame complements the woodland tones perfectly, while black anchors the deep blues. Part of a wider series, it works beautifully alone or grouped as a set of three.

Sizes

30 × 40 cm — 12 × 16 in

45 × 60 cm — 18 × 24 in

50 × 70 cm — 20 × 28 in

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural wood.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.
