Looking down upon Ullswater from a high rocky crag reveals the grand scale of this winding body of water. The lake doglegs between overlapping fells, drawing the eye deep into the mountains, while a wooded promontory reaches into the water on the right.

The design reimagines the view through the tradition of a Japanese woodblock print. From across a room, the landscape reduces to interlocking blocks of muted green, soft purple, and deep blue. A delicate gradient sky shifts from pink to blue, held together by the quiet key lines that outline the rugged foreground.

A striking piece for a stairwell or above a bed, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A black frame sharply defines its traditional key lines, while natural wood highlights the earthy palette. Belonging to a wider series, it is perfect for building a matched set along a hallway.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
