Windermere is the great water of the region, a broad lake curving away between heavily wooded shores. Visitors gather here to watch the launches cross the water, tracing routes past small islands towards serrated peaks on the far horizon.

The view is captured through the minimalist discipline of continuous line art. One unbroken black line weaves the entire landscape together, outlining the forests, the boat, and the distant fells. A single, muted block of slate-blue colour defines the lake, allowing the bold linework to stand out clearly from across a room.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Delivery and returns

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
