Windermere is a broad stretch of water curving away between densely wooded shores. To look up its length is to see the essence of the region: small, tree-topped islands mid-water and a passenger launch crossing below a serrated mountain skyline on the far horizon.

The landscape is reimagined through a mid-century lens, reduced to bold, flat shapes in an earthy palette. Playful stylisation is clear from across the room: sharp triangles for pines, semi-circles for rolling fells, and tiny repeated marks giving texture to the shores framing the crisp white steamer.

A striking addition to a hallway or stairwell, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. A natural wood frame beautifully echoes the earthy tones, while black makes those geometric shapes pop. Part of a wider series, it looks fantastic hung alone or collected as a set.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
