Looking down Wastwater towards Wasdale Head is a dramatic, iconic view. A rocky shoreline anchors the foreground before the deep, still water stretches out to mirror the peaks. The distinctive pyramid of Yewbarrow flanks the left, Great Gable sits perfectly centred at the valley head, and the massive slopes of the Scafells rise abruptly to the right.

This design reimagines the valley in the style of a traditional Japanese woodblock print. The immense peaks are reduced to layered shapes of slate grey and moss green, bound by a quiet key line. A soft gradient sky of pale peach and twilight blue is perfectly reflected in the lake, offering a bold, symmetrical graphic impact from across the room.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece easily anchors a hallway or study wall. A Black frame sharply defines the deep mountain shadows, while a Natural wood finish warms the sky's soft peach tones. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
