Windermere curves away into the distance, a broad expanse of water held between deep wooded shores. Small islands dot the mid-water, passed by a launch crossing the lake, while the serrated profile of the Langdale Pikes rises on the far horizon.

This vivid poster captures the scene using the bold, flat shapes of mid-century railway art. The sweeping blues of the water contrast sharply with bright autumnal oranges and deep forest greens along the shoreline. Titled for the wider region, its crisp graphic lines and striking palette are designed to catch the eye and read beautifully from across a room.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
