The view across Buttermere draws walkers seeking the perfect valley reflection. Tall Scots pines stand on the near bank, mirrored in the still water. Rising steeply behind them is the craggy ridge of Haystacks, balanced by a bare fellside plunging to the right-hand shore.

This travel poster reimagines the shoreline through Cubism. The landscape is fractured into bold, faceted planes, viewing the sheer rock faces and deep water from several angles at once. Painted in earthy ochres, slate greys, and deep greens, its striking geometric shapes and bold typography project powerfully across any room.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
