The view across Buttermere is defined by its famous row of tall Scots pines on the near shore, standing dark against the still water. Beyond the mirror-like surface, a craggy ridge rises steeply behind, while a bare fellside falls away to the shore on the right.

This framed poster reimagines the landscape through intricate ink hatching and impossible geometry. The shoreline reflection transforms into a mind-bending structure of endless staircases, while a precise tessellation of fish seamlessly evolves into a flock of geese rising from the lower water, creating a striking monochrome graphic that demands attention from across the room.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
