Walkers gather at Buttermere for one of the most distinctive views in the fells. A row of tall Scots pines stands on the near shore, perfectly mirrored in the still water, while a craggy ridge rises steeply behind and a bare fellside sweeps down to the right.

This bold design reimagines the landscape through intricate ink hatching and impossible geometry. From across a room, the structural illusion of the mountains commands attention, before drawing the eye down to a mind-bending tessellation of birds and fish emerging seamlessly from the lake's reflection.

Delivered framed and ready to hang, this striking piece makes a brilliant focal point in a study or stairwell. A black frame perfectly echoes the deep, monochromatic ink lines, while natural wood softens the sharp angles. Designed as part of a wider collection, it looks exceptional hung alone or grouped with other prints in a hallway gallery.

Sizes

30 × 40 cm — 12 × 16 in

45 × 60 cm — 18 × 24 in

50 × 70 cm — 20 × 28 in

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural wood.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Every poster is printed and framed to order, at the production facility closest to your delivery address.
