Buttermere draws walkers to its shoreline for one of the finest views in the national park. A row of tall Scots pines stands on the near shore, perfectly mirrored in the still water. Behind them, the craggy ridge of Haystacks rises steeply, while a bare fellside sweeps down to the right.

This vivid poster translates the valley into the bold colours of vintage railway artwork. From across a room, deep, graphic greens of the pines contrast sharply with brilliant golden slopes. Complex crags are reduced to striking shapes, anchored by crisp, white regional typography across the base.

A brilliant focal point for a hallway or study, this print arrives framed and ready to hang. The intense landscape colours are contained perfectly by a black wood frame, giving the image a sharp, contemporary edge. Part of a wider series, it sits beautifully alongside other Lakeland treatments.

Each size is the printed poster itself; the 20 mm moulding sits outside it. There is no mount — the print runs to the frame, so the whole design is on show.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
