Grasmere sits perfectly contained within the fells, a small, round lake defined by the single wooded island at its centre. Walkers trace the tall reed beds along the shore, taking in the steep, enclosing shoulders of the landscape. It is an intimate stretch of water, known by heart by those who walk its quiet circuit.

This vivid travel poster reduces the view to bold, saturated colour in the great railway tradition. Bright orange and vibrant green fellsides sweep down to deep blue water, beneath striking white cumulus clouds. In the foreground, tall rust-coloured flowers frame the lake, drawing the eye to the dark pines of the island. Across a room, it forms a strong, graphic block of Lakeland summer.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
