A small, island-studded tarn ringed by dark conifers and larch. A pale path curves along the shore, drawing the eye across the water to the blue fells rising beyond. It is a classic circuit for walkers, offering a perfectly composed Lakeland view known by heart.

The design captures this landscape through playful mid-century stylisation, reducing the view to crisp, flat shapes. Bold firs in teal, olive, and golden ochre dot the island and line the shore, mirrored in the pale water. Tiny repeated marks add texture to the mountains, creating a graphic print that reads beautifully from across a room.

Ideal for a hallway or sitting room, it arrives framed and ready to hang. A natural wood frame warms the autumnal ochres, while black grounds the deep greens. Part of a wider series, this design can easily be collected as a set of three Lakeland memories.

Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
