Windermere forms a broad lake curving away between wooded shores. This iconic view captures small islands sitting mid-water, a traditional launch making its crossing, and serrated fells on the far horizon. It is a landscape known by heart to countless walkers and visitors.

The poster reimagines the scenery through playful mid-century illustration. Sharp, flat shapes build the striking backdrop and curving bays, while slopes are textured with tiny, repeated marks suggesting dense woodland. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
