A walk around Buttermere offers a beloved view. Tall Scots pines stand on the near shore, mirrored in the still water. Behind them, a craggy ridge rises steeply, while a bare fellside falls to the water's edge on the right, framing a scene walkers know by heart.

This Muted Modern treatment reduces the landscape to a chalky, minimalist arrangement of bold shapes. Read from across a room, the ridge is built from flat planes of oat and sand, contrasting with the sage-green pines. It captures the valley's structure in a highly graphic style that nods to the golden age of railway prints.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, the poster brings a calm presence to a hallway or bedroom. A Natural wood frame perfectly complements the sandy tones of the peaks, while Black picks out the dark shoreline. Part of a wider collection, it sits beautifully alone or in a matching set of three.

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
