Buttermere is loved for its perfect reflections and dramatic fells. Here, a row of tall Scots pines stands on the near shore, mirrored in still water. Behind them, a craggy ridge rises steeply, flanked by a bare fellside falling to the shore on the right.

The winter railway style reduces the landscape to bold, flat shapes. Slate greys and icy blues define the shadowed crags and frozen lake edge, contrasting sharply with bright snow. Across a room, the graphic, dark pines stand out prominently against a pale sky warmed by a single touch of cold pink.

Striking above a desk or anchoring a hallway, this framed poster arrives ready to hang. A black frame sharply defines the dark tree line and bold typography, while a white frame beautifully enhances the crisp winter snow. Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.
