Windermere forms the great curving spine of the southern lakes, a broad water stretching away between wooded shores. Visitors gather on these banks to watch launches cross the lake, weaving between small islands mid-water towards the serrated profile of the Langdale Pikes on the far horizon.

The poster captures this view through an Impressionist lens, built from broken colour and dissolving light rather than harsh outlines. Thick strokes mirroring a plein-air oil tradition form the landscape. From across a room, the shifting lavenders, soft blues, and warm greens resolve into a hazy afternoon over the water.

Arriving framed and ready to hang, this piece brings the airy light of the lakes into a sitting room or hallway. Paper, frame and glazing

Printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper, chosen for flat colour: no gloss, no reflections, and ink that sits in the sheet rather than on it.

Framed in a 20 mm wide, 24 mm deep solid wood moulding — black, white or natural oak.

Glazed with shatterproof acrylic rather than glass, so a large poster arrives intact.

MDF backing board with hanging fixtures already fitted.

Framed pieces are made and dispatched within 5–10 working days. UK delivery normally takes up to five working days after dispatch; international orders can take up to 28 days.
